BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) is a public service broadcaster headquartered in the UK. It operates a variety of television, radio, and online channels, producing news, entertainment, and educational content for audiences in the UK and around the world.
BBC's logo has undergone several changes since its inception. The first version, the coat of arms, was later replaced by the famous block logo in 1958. In 1997, Lambie Nairn redesigned the logo into three blocks, each containing a letter, with a non-slanted font that resembles Gill Sans Std, a commercial font that can be purchased and downloaded here.
