Cruisin’ is the third studio album by the Village People, released in 1978. The album features popular disco hits such as "Y.M.C.A." and "Macho Man".
The album title uses Gillies Gothic by William S. Gillies. For the band name, Harry, a rounded sans-serif by Marty Goldstein, published by VGC in 1966, was chosen. Digital revivals of Harry can be found here.
Free modern versions of Gillies Gothic are Flottflott by Peter Wiegel and Airstream by Nick Curtis, both are available for free download from the Fonts Used Section.
