Philippine Airlines also known as PAL, is the national flag carrier airline of the Philippines. It was founded in 1941 and is headquartered in Pasay City, Metro Manila. PAL operates a fleet of over 70 aircraft, serving over 60 domestic and international destinations. the company's logo has undergone numerous redesigns. Two triangles—one blue and one red—are superimposed on each other in the present logo.
There is a yellow sun on the yellow triangle, which is presumably symbolic of the Philippine flag. Beneath them is the logotype set in an oblique style probably similar to a sans serif called Helvetica Bold Oblique. Helvetica is a commercial typeface and you can purchase and download the font here.
