System Shock is a first-person action-adventure title developed by LookingGlass Technologies and published in 1994 by Origin Systems. The game revolves around a virtual reality simulation of an orbital research station in the year 2072. The player, as an anonymous hacker attempts to foil a malevolent artificial intelligence called SHODAN's plans for world domination.
The font used for the video game logo is Industria Solid. In 1984, Neville Brody designed the narrow sans-serif font Industria, originally for The Face magazine.
