To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA) is a non-profit organization that aims to help people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide by providing them with hope and support through various programs, events, and resources. It was founded in 2006 by Jamie Tworkowski.
TWLOHA logo uses ITC Avant Garde Gothic Bold font, a geometric sans-serif typeface created by Herb Lubalin in the late 1960s for Avant Garde magazine's logo. Tom Carnase drew the alphabet based on Lubalin's sketches, and it remains a popular font.
